Jonelle and Daniel

Shot a wedding that was very close to my assistant home, so her son stopped by for a bit. Before the ceremony started I got a chance to catch up with Daniel. He had put a carbon fiber hood on his Eclipse, bought a bunch of suspension parts ready to install, and pretty soon wanting to add a turbo.

In the reception room, the MC set up 4 extremely strong lights. It was throwing my exposure off and creating nasty red and green spots on people's faces. I had to counter the lights with my flashes to rid the spots. The only good thing is that I can shot some seriously strong back-lit photos.

The girls couldn't wait

Egg

Before heading over to the reception I saw this old car

The MC set up some seriously ANNOYING and STRONG lights

It was VERY difficult to shoot, so I had to be creative

And shot a bunch of back-lits

Found two mirrors and a lamp, creating an infinite lamp and me

My favorite pic; I like this moment, it looks like a shot from a 50's movie

Session Up North

Today we went up north on the Palisade until we get to 7 Lakes for a bridal session with Crystal. Crystal has a doll-like appearance and endless elegance. The make up and wedding dress simply reinforce that very well. The leaves are turning yellow and gold {and soon are gone}. I am so pleased with the session I think this autumn has not been wasted.

We went into the little twisties and stopped when we saw something interesting. We weren't exactly sure what we'll find as we drove, but we knew that it'll be beautiful whatever we'll find here in the north. Each leaf or landscape was taken at a different location, or two. There are 25 photos, so take your time.

Enjoy:

I have been waiting for a whole year for these

On the move again; 7 Lakes

I had to tell her to run when I see a car coming

But the results are well worth the life-endangering stunt

The public is off limit beyond those woods

And finally, my favorite shot from the session
